About me...

But I would rather talk about you.

Cause, who are you?

What drives you?

What is your greatest desire?

If you could make one wish that would be permanent for the rest of your life, what would you choose?

A nice house, a car, or being happy? What is really important to you?

To be honest, "doing what I'm here for" was the most important thing for me for a very long time.

Because deep down I felt that I am here for a reason, a life mission.

I had visions of it long ago in which it seemed like I had jumped in time and was fulfilling my purpose in that moment.

Knowing my life purpose did not make it easier for me to fulfill it. I was very serious, felt a great sense of responsibility and wanted to do the right thing.

Gradually, however, I found myself moving in the right direction. I gave workshops and lectures on spirituality and personal growth and experienced a tremendous sense of happiness and effortlessness while "teaching".

The question I was walking around with at the time was "How can I just experience that feeling of happiness and effortlessness in everything I do?

My great insight came when I was on a retreat that completely changed my life.

Indeed, during a meditation I realized that my mind has no knowledge of my life purpose, only my soul (or "higher self").

And so I decided right in that moment that I wanted to join as an Ishaya monk, to break free from the ego and ongoing living in the moment.

Ishaya monks have no precepts, no dogmas and adhere to no religion. I just kept working as a flight attendant at KLM (a flying monk' ;), had my own home and went dancing regularly in clubs.

So not much changed, except that I prioritized the growth of my consciousness. I went on a 6-month retreat with the Ishaya teacher in Mexico, where I spent between 10 and 15 hours daily in meditation.

And there the magic occurred: experiencing happiness, pleasure and a deep relaxation that did not depend on the situation outside me. Again and again, it turned out that this experience could become even greater.

Now I experience a foundation of inner peace within me. Sometimes I am stressed, emotional or frustrated about something, but no matter what happens in my life, it is as if I always fall back on a soft mattress.

Experiencing this is your birthright. Also for you.

It doesn't matter who you are, what you do, what your past was like.

What is needed is to become familiar again and be content in the moment.

If this resonates with you, then I am happy to help you a little further along your path, right where you are now.

Should you find it interesting, you can here yet to see what training and education I have done.
