About Katja

When I experienced a state of inner stillness and peace, I wanted more. I did not want to wait for a moment of inner peace to happen to me; I wanted to live my life from stillness and peace.

So I became a (modern) monk and dedicated my life to the growth of my consciousness. I have been teaching meditation courses for more than 20 years and have helped countless people experience inner peace.
