You have big plans. You want to realize your dream, experience the freedom of self-employment and help others.

But no matter how hard you are working, there is something in the background that is getting in your way. It may even be so hidden that you don't even realize it's affecting you.

The thought that your venture will not succeed.

That no one is waiting for you. Or that you're not as good as everyone says you are after all.

Anna has these thoughts, too. Anna is well aware of these thoughts and would like to get rid of them. This is because it frustrates her that she is getting in her own way, even though she knows very well what she wants and what she can do.

Anna is 46 years old, has worked in the events industry for many years and changed course over a year ago. Her big dream, self-employment as a children's coach has begun.

Thanks to a nice severance package at her job, she was able to do the child coach training. With much passion and love, she flew through the training.

It seemed like it was meant to be, as she met interesting people who wanted to work with her.

But then the training was done. Full of enthusiasm, she threw herself into starting her practice, but except for a few clients, not much work came out of all her efforts.

Doubt and uncertainty kicked in. The thoughts "can I do it?", "what if I don't get clients?" turned into "it's not going to work.

Do you recognize this too? And how do you get rid of these thoughts?

What happened with Anna is that during her enthusiastic efforts, she created an expectation about the result. When, over time, that result was not visible, more attention arose to the uncertain thoughts.

What she needed was confidence in the process. Not allowing herself to be distracted by thoughts, but rather keeping attention on what she would like to put down. This works better when you make time daily to be in silence with yourself.

From peace and relaxation comes clarity and overview of your situation and you can better perceive your intuition.
