Your home is like an extension of yourself. It is your place with your energy. But the home itself also has its own energy flow. Because of the layout and/or design of your home, energy blockages can occur in your home. The place where this blockage is, says something about which aspect of life (e.g., your relationship, your career, health, or finances) of you is affected by this.
What Fscary Shui does is identify and remove energy blockages in your home. Basically just like acupuncture does for our bodies.
A Feng Shui consultation
Using the floor plan and some photos of your home, I look for energy blockages and where they are located. In a full report with illustrations, I tell you what my findings are and how the blockages can manifest in the corresponding life aspect.
Next, I indicate what you can do yourself to the energy flow again in your home by adjusting the layout, décor or color. I also give tips on which gemstones or scents to use. By applying this you will experience more harmony in your home and you will also experience a positive effect in your life.
Requesting a consultation:
Start by sending an email to katja@demonnikophakken.nl in which you mention that you are interested in a consultation. Within two days I will contact you to make an appointment for a telephone intake. This intake is non-binding and free. I ask you some questions and do an estimate of the cost of the consultation. If you decide to have the consultation, I will ask you for a recent floor plan of your home, some photos and some more information.
After I have received this information, I will determine the final cost of the consultation (this depends on the size and complexity of the plan). If you agree, you will receive the comprehensive report, including solutions, within a maximum of four weeks. You can read it at your leisure. About two weeks later we will have a telephone or Zoom conversation for clarification and questions.

About me
Energy has always been a big part of my life. I am sensitive to people's energy, as well as the energy in homes and buildings. Sometimes I felt that something wasn't right, but I couldn't put words to it. In 2022, I discovered "Conceptual Feng Shui" - a modern form of Feng Shui that taught me not only how to put words to it, but also how to harmonize the energy in your home so that not only do you live there more comfortably, but that it positively affects your life. Looking at a floor plan of a home I find (and always have found) so much fun; which layout supports the energy, do you thrive in this home, or are you more likely to burn out? Fascinating.
In May 2023, I completed the "Conceptual Feng Shui expert" training and provide Feng Shui consultations in addition to coaching and meditation training.
